Effed-up Friday with Special Guest Ann Kramer
Join us on Friday, June 19th for our weekly news rundown and competition.
It’s Summer Vacation at The Daily Whatever Show!
The Daily Whatever Show is on summer vacation, which means all summer we’ll be broadcasting Fridays only.
And this week, we’re elated to welcome Ann Kramer to the show!
Ann Kramer is a recovering therapist with a very big idea. After thirty-plus years as a licensed counselor, she ditched the “disease model” of mental health for something she calls the Life Puzzle—the notion that none of us is born with a self, only the potential to build one, across five “edges”: physical, emotional, thinking, sexual, and spiritual.
Then she aimed that same lens at capitalism.
Her manifesto, An Integrative Economy: Building the Most Vibrant Economy Ever Imagined, sketches a “triple bottom line” successor to the growth economy—one built for the world AI is about to hand us, ready or not. A founding force behind the Gorge Grown Food Network and the voice behind the Substack Fractured World—Build Wholeness, Ann is equal parts clinician, systems thinker, and happy troublemaker.
Her wager: the cure for a broken economy is, improbably, more human.
Also: we hear she swears a lot.
We can’t wait to welcome Ann for her debut appearance, and hope you’ll all be there to join us!
Thanks for listening!
