RFK …driving out to the suburbs, to park at the Goodwill and stare at the chemtrails…

A commentary on the gullibility and idiocy of the MAGA voters - they must’ve been served cinnamon covered paint chips, their entire childhood 🤬

There are two types of cinnamon, Ceylon and Cassia. Cassia is not a true cinnamon, and has long been identified as causing liver damage in high doses (a teaspoon a day) as it contains coumarin, which causes the damage. That's without the lead. And if it is not labelled 'Ceylon', it is Cassia cinnamon.

That said, recommendations for Ceylon cinnamon, which is more expensive, is best bought in sticks, and then ground at home. Much less so, but many spices on the market are subject to heavy metal contamination... lead, cadmium and arsenic among them. And sadly (a gross understatement) with the gutting of the US science and health research infrastructure, it is yet another facet of the world becoming more dangerous.

Whenever possible, depending on where you are, and your circumstances, opt for locally grown organic spices... also becoming less and less available. 🫩

Humbly, Em

I used cinnamon sticks when I quit smoking (30 plus years ago). Twirled, tapped, smelled, held between my molars, rolled in my palms. Also drank gallons of water. For about half a year all told. I was once given an article called "Eat and Die". Which about sums up everything, though it was closer to 50 years ago.

I had the last cinnamon recalled in my house. Dollar Tree was so reasonably priced. Oops.

There were laws passed in the 90s, signed by Bill, that said, government must run as efficiently as possible (remember the 700 dollar toilet seat). These government departments are already instructed, by law, to function within their budgets. But in their instructions, they have the ability to, get the job done, get the best results, make room for all contingencies, good or bad in order to make safe and fact based decisions for the American public. Efficiency in these departments is measured through the results rendered, not how many people punch a clock. Efficiency is shown by the public not getting sick by the food we consume, not dying from medications or being maimed or killed by the products we use. We are seeing in real time what government looks like when it doesn't use it's agency to govern properly. When asked, what's the worst that can happen, I've always answered, you could die. Going to catch a bus, I could be hit by that bus. Eating, I could choke and so on and so on. Well, guess what, electing the wrong people, what's the worst that can happen? Dying, people are dying at the hands of our government. And let's not be blind to the fact that American Democracy is currently under attack by this donnieepsteinmaga right-wing criminal regime administration. donnie and his criminal cohort's are attempting to kill America, literally. November 3rd is the American publics chance to bring back the rule of law and, we must. Those with criminal exposure to the ruination of our country, the people's of our country and any criminal behavior, anywhere in the world, need to be held criminally responsible. rfkjr, little stevie miller, cheung, patel all the way up to donnie, these people are treasonous traitors and need to be held criminally responsible for crimes against humanity. I did not know I was going to write all this because of poisonous cinnamon. I hate donnie f'n trump.
