Even if the diapers were stolen (and obviously there's no proof as no one was charged)that is not a capitol offence. Shooting a baby should be. Why would a cop be standing in front of a car over diapers? That sounds like some ICE bullshit. It seems that Mississippi is winning it's race to the bottom. I remember this, the woman had a receipt, but the clerk was racist and swore to cops she had shoplifted them.
