This was an easy listen interview with Emily Berge. I don't know anyone that lives in Wisconsin, but I loved how this congressional candidate was willing to defy the "norm" to get expensive polling done and just keep up the work of engaging with voters to both LISTEN to their concerns and TELL them what she will and won't do... Won't take PAC money that doesn't align with values of the constituency, will address the concerns of the people she represents, including water safety. Please consider forwarding this to folks who you might know in Wisconsin AND if you have the funds, donate a gallon of gas so she can meet all her peeps!
The DNC and DCCC continue to piss me off. I will not register as a democrat or donate to the national organization. I will vote for their candidates when necessary, but there needs to be a change in the party (or a viable third (fourth, fifth...) party, which doesn't seem as likely) before I will entertain aligning with them.
Emily Berge is saying and doing all the right things. I hope we can find all the right candidates to bring into congress to change the government back to being for the people.
And I love how the drawing behind Walter makes him look like he has curly red hair. 😂
