Happily married boomer here. I have never, and would never, use a dating app. My personal choice. If I can't find someone the usual, normal way of actual going out and meeting people IRL - I'm just gonna be by myself. I'm too old for that shit.
In defense of my fellow millennials, vetting someone via LinkedIn is a whole different vibe from actively seeking out romance there. 😉
Besides, workplace advances have always been a thing. I don't see why that shouldn't extend to what amounts to a perpetual virtual job fair. (I'm being facetious. My work email and LinkedIn inbox have both seen things, and it's always weird.)
