That is so vile. Women do get raped because of that mindset in men. But apart from that it's mostly a reflection on her. Imagine the insecurity of having to create in- and out groups of women who are supposedly not wanted just to prop yourself up with your tiny fragile ego. How sad she must be to believe if she ever loses whatever she believes makes her pretty - the only thing left for her, the only thing to desire - would be to be raped. How central must male attention be to her that she seriously believes other women would rather be raped than not have that. How empty she must feel. How sad. (Assuming she's not just saying it because she knows it generates clicks and money - which would be another level of evil)
