Today’s TDWS started late, glitchy, and a little chaotic—which, honestly, felt on brand for whatever is happening in the universe right now.
We were joined by Char Sundust (who we will just go ahead and say is actual magic) and Karen Marie Shelton (our resident astrologer, moderator, and hype woman), and what unfolded was less “morning show” and more “cosmic reality check.”
The headline: the sky is on fire.
Seven planets in Aries. Pressure cooker energy. Action required. Or… consequences.
Char grounded it in a way that actually made it land. This isn’t just about setting intentions and lighting a candle and calling it a day. It’s about doing the work. Choosing what you’re willing to tend. Accepting what is. Practicing gratitude instead of defaulting to more, more, more.
Karen and Lawrence layered on the part that made everyone sit up a little straighter: if something in your life has been blocked, ignored, or avoided—that’s the place to look. You can channel the energy. Or it will channel itself.
Neither option is subtle.
We also took a detour into Sabian symbols, where Dana learned hers is “a mature woman keeping up with the times by having her hair bobbed,” which feels both deeply specific and not entirely wrong.
So here’s where we landed:
Things feel intense because they are.
There’s a lot moving under the surface—and not all of it is optional.

Or at least, it’s not the moment to keep pretending nothing needs to change.
